Our Let Only service is designed for landlords who want Henrys Homes to secure the right tenant and oversee the letting process, while retaining responsibility for the ongoing management of the property.
Let & Managed
10% + VAT (12% including VAT)
Calculated on the rent due under the tenancy.
Our Let & Managed service provides ongoing support throughout the tenancy, giving landlords a more hands-off approach while Henrys Homes looks after the day-to-day management of the property.
How our fees are charged
Landlord fees are payable in accordance with the terms agreed in the Henrys Homes agency agreement and may be deducted from rent received or invoiced as agreed.
Any additional service or charge not included within the agreed service will be discussed and agreed with the landlord in advance.
Tenant payments
Henrys Homes does not charge tenants prohibited fees. Any payments requested from tenants will be limited to those permitted under the applicable legislation for residential tenancies in England.
