What happens when you visit?
Henrys Homes does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking technologies on the public website. No optional third-party technology is loaded merely because you open a page, so we do not show a general “accept all” cookie banner.
Interactive Google Maps
Property pages initially show a static map delivered from the Henrys Homes website. Your browser does not contact Google when that static map loads.
If you select “Load interactive Google Map”, you make a specific choice to load content from Google. Google will then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the page from which the map was requested, and may store or access cookies or similar technologies on your device. We do not load the interactive map before you make that choice, and we do not remember the choice after you leave or reload the page.
You can close the interactive map at any time. This stops the embedded map from continuing to run on that page, but it cannot remove information or cookies already handled by Google. You can manage those through your browser settings or Google’s controls. Google provides more information in its Privacy Policy and cookie information.
External links
If you choose “Open in Google Maps”, a social-media link or another external link, you leave our website. The destination provider may process information and use cookies under its own policies.
Managing cookies and similar technologies
You can use your browser settings to view, delete or block cookies and site data. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent an interactive Google Map from working, but it will not stop you using the rest of the Henrys Homes website or the external map link.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy and introduce appropriate controls before activating analytics, advertising, embedded media or any other optional storage/access technology. We also review our website technologies periodically so this policy remains accurate.
